What happens after the flames have long since passed at the park from a planned burn? Join park staff on a hike to Azalea and Oak trails, where our prescribed burn(s) have taken place. See what happens months after a burn, and what benefits there are from prescribed burns in this landscape. Look for a new plant growth, wildlife activity, changes to the forest floor and other signs of land recovery. Meet at the Nature Center.
