Slow Food Tri-Cities, the newly established Northeast Tennessee chapter of Slow Food USA, will host its annual Slow Holiday fundraiser on Saturday, November 7, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Spade & Spoon Farm, 711 Laurels Road, Johnson City, TN 37601.
